1. Key Requirements #
To launch your mobile app with MobiVogue, you’ll need the following:
Apple Developer Account #
- A $99 annual fee is required to host your app on the App Store. We recommend enabling auto-renewal for uninterrupted service. [Learn how to create an Apple Developer Account here.
Google Play Console #
- A one-time $25 fee is required to publish apps on Google Play. You will also need a Google account for registration. [Learn how to create a Google Play Developer Account here.]

2. Steps to Create an Apple Developer Account #
Step 1: Visit the Apple Developer Program Website #
Go to the Apple Developer website and click “Start Your Enrollment” at the bottom of the page.
Step 2: Sign in or Create an Apple ID #
- If you already have an Apple ID, sign in.
- If you don’t have one, click “Create Apple ID”, and fill out the registration form with your details (name, email, password, etc.).
Step 3: Agree to the Terms #
Review the Apple Developer Agreement, check the necessary boxes, and click “Submit.”
Step 4: Enroll as a Company/Organization #
- When prompted to select an entity type, choose Company/Organization and click “Continue.”
- Ensure your business is a legally recognized entity before proceeding.
Step 5: Enter Your Organization’s Details #
- Fill out the “Tell us about your organization” form with your company’s details.
- Provide verification documents such as your D-U-N-S number, tax ID, and legal entity information.
Step 6: Enter Personal Contact Information #
- Enter your contact details, agree to the terms, and click “Continue.”
Step 7: Submit the Form #
- Review all the information and click “Submit.”
Step 8: Pay the Annual Membership Fee #
- Apple will review your enrollment (which may take 24-48 hours).
- Once approved, you will receive an email to complete the $99 annual membership payment.
- After payment, Apple will send a confirmation email within 24 hours.
Step 9: Your Account is Ready #
- Log in to the Apple Developer website and click “Account.”
- Agree to the final terms and conditions, and your account is now ready to use!

Considerations #
- If you signed up as an Individual/Sole Proprietor, you must migrate to a Company/Organization account for iOS app submission.

3. How to Create a Google Play Developer Account? #
Step-by-Step Guide to Set Up Your Google Play Developer Account and Publish Android Apps #
Before You Proceed #
- A one-time registration fee of $25 USD is required to set up your account.
- You may need to complete identity verification by providing a valid ID.
- If your identity cannot be authenticated, the registration fee will not be refunded.
Steps to Create a Google Play Developer Account #
Step 1: Visit the Google Play Developer Console Website #
Go to the Google Play Developer Console and click “Get Started.”
Step 2: Sign in with Your Google Account #
- Sign in using your existing Google Account or create a new one if needed.
Step 3: Choose the Account Type #
- Select “An Organization” as your account type and click “Get Started.”
Step 4: Enter Your Organization’s Details #
- Provide your business name, address, phone number, and other required details to begin the enrollment process.
Step 5: Complete the “About You” Section #
- Explain why you want to create a Google Play Developer account.
- Mention any previous experience with Play Console and any other Google accounts you’ve used.
Step 6: Fill in Your Developer Profile #
- Enter your company name, contact details, and a name for your Developer Account.
Step 7: Complete the ‘Apps’ Section #
- Indicate the number of apps you plan to create.
- Answer “No” when asked if you plan to earn money on Google Play.
- For app categories, select “None of the Above.”
Step 8: Agree to the Terms #
- Read and accept the Developer Distribution Agreement and Google Play Console Terms of Service.
- Click “Create account and pay” to proceed with payment.
Step 9: Pay the Registration Fee #
- Pay the one-time $25 USD registration fee to complete your account setup.
Step 10: Publish Your App #
- Once your account is active, you can start publishing apps.
- Click “Create Application” in the Developer Console and follow the on-screen instructions.
Important Note #
- If Google Play is unable to verify your identity, you may need to provide additional information.
- If verification is needed, you will see a banner notification in the Google Play Console with steps to complete the process.

Setup Process
1. Start: First, you will be able to see the start screen for basic information about the launch process.
- Review: Make sure you have all the required information added properly and there should not be incomplete status so we can have all required information when we submit the app in the Apple and Play store.
- Connect: Once you have a developer account ready for the Android and IOs users you need to add the information from your IOs account to our app so we can get the required information to publish the app in the iOS App Store.
For Google Play Store as well, please enter the required information in our app backend so we can get it and help you to publish the app in the Google Play Store.
4. App Listing: There is few information like app icon, home screen icon, etc. are required to enter in our backend for app listing.
4.1. App Design: Provide an Icon for you App.This will be displayed when marketing your App, used for the home screen, and in notifications.
4.2. App Description:
Add below the name, description, and additional text for your app to let your customers know what they can expect from your app.
5. Additional Information: The app stores require some specific details about your app to help with search, categorisation, and age rating.
5.1. Keyword: The keyword which will help your audience to find you on app stores that you can add here.
5.2. Support: Please input the relevant links like website URL, support URL, etc to your app here.
5.3. Categories: Please input the primary and secondary categories that are important for your app listing here.
5.4. Ratings: Please fill in the details carefully since if your app doesn’t satisfy the necessary criteria, then it might get rejected from Apple or Google Play stores.
